1. Order Policies
Order Confirmation:
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate at checkout.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed.
For custom or pre-order items, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
Urgent Orders:
We do not process urgent or date-bound orders. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Dispatch and Delivery Timeline:
Ready-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days but may extend to 10-15 days based on the destination and courier partner.
Delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or natural events are beyond our control.
Shipping Partner:
We use third-party shipping services to deliver products across India. Customers will be informed once the order is shipped.
Reshipping Charges:
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Reshipping fees vary based on the destination.
3. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Items cannot be returned/exchanged for reasons like dislike or unsatisfactory fit.
Mandatory Conditions:
A 360° unpacking video is mandatory for all complaints. The video must clearly show the packaging, unboxing, and inspection of the product without cuts or pauses.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return Process:
Return pickups are arranged within 3 working days in serviceable areas.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, customers must send the product back via post or courier.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
We cover return shipping costs up to ₹80 across India. Any additional charges must be borne by the customer.
Refunds:
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds may be issued as store credit or direct refund.
4. Product Disclaimer
Color and Fabric Variations:
Colors may slightly vary due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography conditions.
Fabrics like raw silk, cotton silk, and khadi silk may have natural weaving patterns or textures, which are not defects but characteristics of the material.
Garment Properties:
Shades of red, maroon, and orange may appear different under varying light.
Green and blue tones may overlap depending on lighting conditions.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Product descriptions and images are for reference purposes only. Minor variations in color or texture are not eligible for complaints.
All sales are final, and no returns/exchanges/refunds will be processed for reasons of dislike or personal dissatisfaction.
